To Delete you account, follow these instructions: How to Delete Your Account

When you delete your account, your account, including documents in your Document Manager, will be removed.

We will:

  • Delete you from our records
  • If you had no team members, delete all your documents from our records
  • If you had team members, make them owners of their own accounts.  They will retain a copy of all of the NDAs in your team account.
  • Cancel your billing plan (if you had one).


IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT ENTIRELY, LET US KNOW – AND WE WILL INSTEAD DOWNGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT TO FREE.
